Emerald Family Properties is project-based and offers rental assistance with the rental unit.

Emerald Family Properties serves families of very-low to moderate income who might not be able to locate suitable housing in the private rental market.  Eligible families are offered a unit according to the necessary bedroom size which is based on the household composition.  Rent is based on 30% of the household's adjusted monthly income, less applicable allowances.

Emerald Family Properties offers townhouse-style, duplex and tri-plex units ranging from two to five bedrooms in neighborhoods conveniently located throughout the City, near schools, shopping, medical care centers, and banking facilities, with full access to the public transit system.
